If you want to leave Whakoom you can always do it, and here we explain how you can delete your account. Beware that this process is permanent and irreversible, once you have deleted your account you can never get it back.
Important! If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it before deleting your account to avoid unwanted charges.
Deleting from the website
- Go to 'My account'
- There click on 'Account'
- At the bottom you will see 'Delete account', click it
- Enter your password to verify your identity
Deleting from the App
- Press
on the upper left corner and press 'Settings'
- There tap on 'My account'
- At the bottom you will see 'Delete account', tapit
- Enter your password to verify your identity
