If you are experiencing any issues with your app not loading or giving you an error message, try clearing the Whakoom data on your phone.
- Go to Settings on your device
- Tap Applications
- Find and tap Whakoom
- Tap Storage
- Click on Clear data
Once these steps are done, go back to the Whakoom app and log in.
