Have you forgotten your password and can't access Whakoom? Don't worry, it happens to the best of us. In this article we explain how to reset your password if you lost it or can't remember it.
- Make sure to 'log out' of Whakoom (this is very important!)
- Go to 'Reset Password'
- Enter the email address associated with your account and click 'Send'
- Check your inbox, and follow the instructions to reset your password
Can't find the email?
Don't panic! The mail may take several minutes to arrive, give it time. Remember to check your spam folder, or do a search for "Whakoom" to see if you can find it.

If you use Gmail try to check the Social folders, Promotions, Notifications and even Spam tabs because sometimes delivery gets messed up and puts it anywhere.
