Email notifications

Decide which notifications we send you via email and get only the information that interests you.

How to set up email notifications

1. Go to the website and click on your profile icon, in the upper right corner of the screen
2. Select My Account
3. Click on the Notifications tab
4. Select or deselect each type of notification
5. Click Change

You find out more about notifications here.

You can also change your notification settings by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of our emails. Doing so will override the notification settings for that particular notification type.

You can opt out of most of your communications from Whakoom, but we may need to send you certain information, such as service delivery updates and administrative messages. These messages cannot be disabled.
