What is the difference between Basic and PRO?

The advantages of going PRO

Whakoom is based on a Freemium model, which means that signing up and using it is free for everyone. There are a number of features that are only available to paying users. That's why there are 2 account types: Basic and PRO.

Both account types are fully functional - with Basic you can add comics to your collection. With PRO you can do it much faster and, in addition, you can manage down to the smallest detail.

Here are the main differences between the two types of accounts:

Go ad-free

Whakoom is ad-supported, and while we try to make the ads as relevant as possible, we know a lot of people don't like them. Because of this, you will not see any more ads if you subscribe to PRO.

Add entire collections

With your PRO account you can use a magic button, I've them all, which lets you add entire series to your Collection, regardless of the number of issues they have. Add 10 or 500 comics at once without having to do it one at a time. Imagine how much time you could save!

If you're new to Whakoom or haven't finished adding your entire collection due to laziness or lack of time, this could add years to your life!

Organize and record your readings

With your Whakoom PRO you can create and order your reading list, so you’ll never leave anything unread and remember by which issue you are reading from each of your collections. Also, you can track the comics you read and see your monthly reading statistics.

Control all the details of your comics and upload your original art

With PRO you will be able to organize your collection even better, adding information to your comics about its condition, assigning it a storage loccation (very useful in the case of staples) and even leaving a note on it, for example, if you have lent it and to whom. In addition, you can also upload photos of the signatures on your comics.

Get statistics on your collection and enjoy advanced filters to find and view your comics the way you want. You will also be able to download in Excel the list of your Collections and your Wanted and quickly check the status of your collections in progress or to be completed.

If you get a PRO account, a badge will appear next to your photo on your profile.
