Once you register, we will send you an email to verify your account. You will be able to continue using Whakoom, but until you verify your account, you’ll see a rather tiresome reminder to do so.
How do I verify my account?
Just look in your email for a confirmation email from Whakoom and click on the "Confirm email" button. If you can't find it, when you enter Whakoom, you can ask us to send you the message again.
If the message does not reach you, please confirm that you have entered your email correctly by visiting your account. From your account, you can also change your email address and request that we send it to another address. If you have any questions do not hesitate to write to us.
Why do I need to confirm my email?
We need you to confirm your email address so we know that you are you and that you own the email address you used to sign up. We do this for your safety. This way, we prevent some smart ass from creating an account in your name and sending messages from a service that you don't know or to which you haven't given your consent.
