I subscribed through the web. How do I do it?
- Cancel your subscription from My Subscription.
- Let the period that you have already paid end, the period in which you will still be PRO (You can check this date from My Subscription)
- When your subscription is over, re-subscribe using the payment method you prefer (yes, you can also do it from My Subscription)
- Boom! Welcome to Whakoom PRO again.
Don't worry, when your subscription ends, we will send you an email notifying you. That’s when you can pay again and change your payment method.
You won’t lose any data in the process, even if a few days pass between the expiration of one period and the start of the next.
