Reset your password

Have you forgotten your password?

Don't worry, it happens to the best of us. Follow these steps to get a link with which you can reset it.

1. Make sure to log out of Whakoom (this is very important)
2. Go to the Log in screen and tap "Forgot your password?"
3. Enter the email address associated with your account and tap Send
4. Check your inbox, we will email you the instructions so you can reset your password

If you use Gmail try to check the Social folders, Promotions, Notifications and even Spam tabs because sometimes delivery gets messed up and puts it anywhere. We advise you to do a search for "Whakoom" if you can't find it.
